Dr Meera is Director & Co-founder of Jeevani Hospital, 7/199, Swaroop Nagar Kanpur under the aegis of Kanpur Nursing Home Private limited in the year 1980 (in the most prominent posh area of Kanpur situated in the heart of city) almost 4 decades back.

  • She has been represented India as national chairperson - AIDS committee at 9th International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th FIGO) held at Montreal, CANADA. Where she presented - Research ON HIV in “Tropical Countries” which was recognized in year 1993.

  • She was a visiting consultant at Bailor College of medicine Department of Gynaecology Huston, Texas - USA - 1983.

  • She represented as Chairperson AIDS Committee in World conference in HIV AIDS at AIIMS on 1st December 1992 followed by WHO working committee with NACO.

  • She represented at 12th world congress & 20th Indian conference of National Association of Reproductive and Child Health of India (NARCHI) - 7th to 9th November - 2014.


National - Recognitions and Contributions
  • She was Organizing Secretary, Prestigious XXXIXth AICOG - All India Congress of Obstetrics & Gynecology National Conference, GSVM Medical College Kanpur. For the first time after 4 decades in National conference Bestowed to state of Uttar Pradesh.

  • She was Organizing Chairperson : National Conference of Obstetrics & Gynecology Basics to Recent - 2015

  • She was National Chair Person FOGSI – AIDS Committee (for five years till 2008).

  • She was Founder Fellow – ICOG (Indian College of Obstetrics & Gynecology) since 1987.
